I have been playing MTG for several years now.  Like most players, I have quit a couple of times for various reasons through my MTG playing.  I began playing around Weatherlights and the last set I remember buying at that time was Ice Age.  I came back during Dissension and fell in-love with the game again.  The Ravinca block was awesome, and I do miss it.  For various reasons, mostly the loss of my playgroup, I stopped again right after the Eventide release.  Everyone knows you can't stay away for long though, and was back again for the Zendikar release. 

 

I play mostly casual games such as FNM when time allows.  I do play competitively in PTQs, Grand Prixs, and other events within a state radius from my home state.  I mostly play Standard/Type II, but occasionally you'll see me playing Extended/Type 1.5.  I'm excited about the upcoming Extended season since the number of sets have been cut.  Hit me up if you want to talk about anything MTG related.  I'm always interested in learning more and talking about it.
